Testimonies
"I feel I have found an electrician that I could confidently use again and again! Matt was very thorough, fair and conscientious in his work and his name is now permanently in my phone book ready for when I need an electrician again!!"Tracy Gulliver - Salisbury, Wiltshire
Just a quick thanks ref the works so far carried out. Your two guys have been efficient, courteous, basically overall superb! Simon from World of Furniture, Salisbury
"We wanted to renew our kitchen and whilst my husband is a very good DIYer, with all the rules and regulations regarding electrics, he knew his limitations. So, despite names of electricians given by friends, we wanted to ensure that the person we chose was properly qualified to do the work within our home. We searched around and found Matt. What a find! We wanted to rearrange the wall sockets and have new one put in and sort out the main earth bonding. Not only was Matt able to give us the necessary quote at a fair price but he also gave us his valued advice and guidance and always allowed us to make the final decisions. This proved it's worth - we found that the previous 'qualified' electrician had wired the cooker direct to the socket at a diagonal angle - even my husband knew that was wrong and dangerous! It didn't matter what we asked Matt to do; he was there to offer his assistance. He was always prepared to go the extra mile and it was a pleasure doing business with him. He has since done a lot more work for us including fitting a new consumer unit, converting single sockets to doubles, installing electric heaters, installing outside lights and running armoured cable outside for a new circuit. Would we recommend him? Only if it didn't interfere with any work we wanted doing!" A word from the husband: "I agree with everything my 'manager' has said!"Margaret and Henry Sam's - Salisbury, Wiltshire
"Recently we required a re-wire of my mother - in - laws house. Mr Matthew Payne was chosen to carry out the work. His quote was competitive and when viewing the job he was friendly and helpful, explaining exactly what would be involved and what was required for wiring regulations. He completed the work on time and to a good standard, considering the awkward working conditions with furniture and carpets having to be worked around. We would recommend his workmanship to anyone - A job well done!"Steve Culkin - Durrington
"Dear Mr Payne, Thank you for sending me your invoice and the electrical certificate for the installation of wiring to my garage. As you will remember I was very apprehensive about digging a a pathway through the garden for the armoured cable. However, you accomplished that with negligible damage to the plants. I am very well satisfied with the new facility in the garage [armoured cable feeding a garage unit for sockets and lights] and with the other items of work you carried out. If other electrical work is needed here I will have no hesitation in asking again for your assistance; and certainly I would recommend you to any of my acquaintance in need of such work. Yours sincerely, Edward Elliot"Edward Elliot - Donhead St Andrew, Dorset
